Hi,

a friends has bought a laptop with a stolen version of vista on it and the motherboard inside the laptop has broke (wont turn on at all .) but the laptop is under warrenty and i was wondering if he would be able to send it back to the shop or not.

    Sure. Just take the hard drive out and RMA the sucker. :)
