A shotgun and lots and lots of rock salt...

No seriously there is actually nothing you can do about what your neighbor does on their own property.

Except if you have a neighborhood home owners association that sets up rules for everything from how long you may leave your trash cans out to how long, how many and what color X-mas lights you are allowed to have.

Do you know if your neighbor is able (as in young and fit) to take down and put up Christmas decorations? Perhaps there has been a loss in the family over the last holiday season and emotionally someone is not moving on?

Although it is most likely laziness on the issue, it is possible that other things are transpiring here and should not be ruled out.

IF the issue of Christmas Decorations in March, April, June, August... really bother you on your neighbor's house perhaps you need to go to their door and knock and talk to them about it.
