It's the Mozilla Firefox Browser
Back in the dark ages, when all browsers displayed text only, there was one browser called Netscape that displayed graphics and could have embedded sounds and stuff like that. It had a mascot that resembled a dinosaur, called Mozilla, and it identified itself to websites as "Mozilla". Eventually, when Netscape made its browser open source, it became known as the Mozilla browser. Later it was significantly reorganised and streamlined and became today's Firefox. Internet Explorer started off as a copy of Netscape, and even today it still identifies itself as a Mozilla-compatible browser.
its just the internet explorer for the program mozilla which is an internet subistitute, so beasically its the same as internet explorer
