Rule/limit testing is a rite of passage. There are some rules that are less important than others.
As a guideline, breaking a rule that could result in your injury or property destruction is a good place to draw the line against testing the limits/breaking the rules.
Deciding to take a soda into your bedroom when it's a no, would be a rule that nobody will die from breaking. Although your mother may make it seem like it is so!
our parents sometimes makes mistakes.. mm but i didnt say that i will break their rules ;-)
