If you are referring to Mobile Army Surgical Hospital units, no one does. The last US MASH unit was changed into a different type of medical unit in Afghanistan a couple of years ago.
If you are referring to military medical units that provide hospital-level services, pretty much all major military forces use them.
If you are referring to mashed potatoes, almost all countries do.
