Not totally green, but I'm more conscious of it now. For example, at work, you will not believe the amount of paper that is tossed, paper that was only used on one side. In just a couple of days I could collect as much as 7 reams of paper that can be used on the flip side.

No, there's too much foolishness and junk science involved in "going green"

I believe we should take care of the earth, but not at the cost of our freedom.

Man-made global warming has been shown to be a hoax again and again, but still people believe in it.

The earth is not flat and our lives should not be destroyed because of an imaginary "crisis"

Al Gore a liar and barely seems to know anything about Science. Inconvenient "truth" and his statements on Conan's show point that fact out.

He just said that the temp of the Earth is several million degrees if you go 2 km down. I believe that you'd be melted if you had something several million degrees less than 2 miles away.

The surface of the Sun is about 10,000 degrees. It's about 12,000 degrees in the molten center of the Earth and about 1 million in the hot part of the Sun.

2 km down it's several million degrees according to the High Preist who claims to predict the future temp of the planet for the next 100 years.

Interesting to know that it's hotter just a few thousand feet down than it is on the Sun. I always thought that it was around a thousand degrees.

But what do I know, I didn't get a D in Man's relation to the Earth in college like Al Gore did!

    He's a liar and a hypocrite.

31,000 Scientists know that man-made global warming is a scam:

Nope, I walk most places and nearly always choose a more environmentally friendly option where possible, recycle, reduce, reuse. But I need to build a new house and change a few things that I can't currently afford, to consider myself totally green.

    No, I think I'm about 90% green.

I drive a Honda Civic that gets 25mpg in the city and about 35 on the open highway, but it's not a hybrid.

I'm seriously thinking about getting a hybrid for my next car, especially if there's very little or no reduction in trunk space.

I'll definitely consider getting a fuel cell or an all electric car if refueling them is convenient.

I recycle almost everything, except for the stryo take-home containers that I get from restaurants.

I reuse them at home as much as I can, but eventually they break down, so I then throw them out because AFAIK, the city has yet to include them in the curbside recycling program.

However, I'm going to start reusing some of my other containers for take-home.

    Green is my favorite color.

"Technological Environmentalism is an environmentalist vision of a well-balanced compromise between anthropocentric environmentalism and radical environmentalism.

Anthropocentric Environmentalism is typically that environmentalism embraced by someone who is just nature-loving in the sense that he appreciates the earth's natural beauty and bounty, he is understandably concerned about trash, noise, pollution, and poisons but he still sees nature’s fruit as resources for intelligent human use, development and enjoyment. At root, then, his concern for nature is anthropocentric: he believes that this is our environment, to be used by our species to enhance our lives, well-being, and happiness without no consideration of what this means for other living creatures.

On the other hand, radical environmentalists go to the other extreme and consider human activities & development as the enemy of the natural world and their ultimate aim is to stop or slow down further development. An example of the latter is the famous Finnish philosopher Pentii Linkola whose extremism easily shocks the masses. Like most solutions in life, the secret is to find a balanced compromise."
