Question

Help answer this question below.

For two days I have had a strange stomach ache. It is up around my ribs down to my stomach and is a burning pain kind of like gas but not gas. I know for a fact it is not gas. My appetite is fine but no matter what I eat it gets worse. Any thoughts?

The only person who can really answer this is your doctor. It's a lot cheaper to go to one, than wait until you hurt bad enough for the emergency room. It'll also be a lot easier on you, because waiting until it's really bad can also mean you're really sick.

What you describe sounds a little bit like gall bladder, but for me it was a very deep pain (and very bad), but did not burn.
