In my Fantasy Football League I want to trade Wes Welker and Jason Witten for Brandon Marshall, Owen Daniels and Chester Taylor. Is that a good or bad trade?

It seems like a fair trade Welker and Witten should get plenty of points. Marshall has a new qb lots of ??? . Daniels not bad but not as good as Witten. Taylor is good but with Peterson in the backfield how much playing time will he get.I would keep Welker and Witten.
