Help answer this question below.

What do you do when people around you are trying to pull you down with them and others constantly try and create gossip about you - and you can't seem to avoid them as they live in the same city as me where I keep running in to them allllllll the time!

    1)Stop renting out free space in your head with what they think because its a waist of your precious time.
    2)Think positive things about yourself, especially when you run into them.
    3)Love yourself.

    Why do they matter? Nobody can "pull you down" unless you treat their gossip as something important. Why do you do that?

    Why does it matter if you run into them? You dont have to talk to them.
    Just move on with your life...and when you stop thinkin or fearing them...theyll go away.

    they must be jelouse of u so just ignor them or when they say something else walk up to the lead of the group and be like 'yep i know ur jelous' then walk off and ignor them for the rest of the time if they continue

    Focus on the good people and things in your life. Tell anyone who tells you the gossip not to do so anymore because you don't have the time for their pettiness.
