    you can get it often depending on your bodies sensitvity level. Having a new sex partner and his body chemisty mixing with yours if unprotected can lead to bv..also the birth of a child..and other various things. The sign is your inner lips vagina get greyish a lil fishy oder and sometimes itchy..its VERY common in women what you do to keep it away and manage it is to use regular plain yogert and insert it in the vagina with a q-tip everyday the yogert promotes the good bacteria needed withen the vagina..if you alreay have bv call the doctor and get the presecripton:FLAGYL ASK FOR REFILLS if you get bv ofter..sometimes your body has to adjust to a mans bacteria it may take 2 times or more.
