Did you do the work yourself? If so, and I hate to ask, are you sure everything was put back together right? Sounds like when you tighten down the wheel you are binding up something.

Everywhere rotors are called brake discs, except North America, why is that, as they do not rotate?

You're reading After performaing a brake job on my 99 Jeep Cherokee, the front wheels won't move! I've changed the rotors, the calipers, and the pads. When the wheels are off, the rotors will turn; when the wheels are on, they won't turn! Anyone experienced this?
