You're reading Ca foreclosure procedure's. My home went to auction & there was never a document posted on the property or house about the Auction info, there was 200k in equity & I was 7 days from funding to pay off. Lender is private & got property back? Help?

Sleepless, thanks for responding.
I was aware of the proceedings in fact I filed ch-13 twice to delay the sale date. My Attorney was dis-barred while my case was in effect.
My problem stems from the fact that I excepted a offer on the house that my ex and I had & got 20k cash immediately so i could reinstate my loan. I called the 8th day before the auction and 3 days later I got word back that the lender wanted to be paid in full excercising his 5 day right to do so. I spoke to the lender and he postponed the auction so I could do a fire sale. Then he postponed again 3 days at a time for 2 weeks. I got funding instead and the new lender called my lender and he said to late I am not postponing again. Nobody bid at the auction when there was at least 200k in equity available.. If anyone researched this property they would see that it was listed for 395k and I had nearly completed a full renovation inside and out.
I am just looking for multiple ways to have auction recinded.

Wow...It's sounds as if you need some serious legal help. A good lawyer should help you find any loop holes that exist or at least let you know if you have any chance at recovery. Good luck to you!
