Well, I don't know personally, but I've seen many of my friends coming down from X. It seems that their a bit paranoid, and not all together. But nothing very serious as far a I could tell. They go from the high of everything slowly back to the dim reality.
I'm not sure how much that helped, but I hope it somewhat answered your question. :]
