Help answer this question below.
I doubt that it is, as distances between celestial bodies are measured in "millions of light years," and it is postulated (by the late Carl Sagan and others) that there are as many stars in our Universe, as there are individual grains of sand on our planet.
Also, of all the (probably) infinite planets in the Universe, there may be several billion that are not only capable of supporting humanoid life as we know it, but already have life on it, with people like us, waiting to be "discovered."
It's really exciting, when you stop and think about it.
We aren't "alone."

It is to me. But there's no way to prove it.
Not really, but our mind is quite good at thinking in abstract terms, like "infinitely big", understanding that concept even if we can't actually imagine the size involved.
No. Absolutely not.. We can imagine it to be X-miles big, but it never ends. It doesn't even even "collapse" on itself because no matter how far anything could ever travel it's never gotten even a billions or even a trillionth of the way there (wherever there is) and that's an extreme understatement to the nth degree.
Imagine looking in a microscope at a germ then imagine some other infinitely larger being could be looking at us through another infinitely larger microscope and another beyond that and another beyond that and another beyond that and so on...then it could go the same way in reverse..when we split an atom we might be destroying a universe killing trillions upon trillions upon trillions of living beings we can't even fathom so...no..we can't fathom big..or small.. We can only imagine it, but truly comprehend? Of course not.
It is fathomable in numeric form, but that is the only way, a person cannot fathom how huge these numbers actually are the distance from 1 star to the next is enough to make your head spin.
