He's neither, he just has a poor vocabulationary
Very poor speaker.
I don't think he is functionally illiterate, but what
is certain is that he is not amongst the most bright
presidents
Both
the thing about bush is that bush has a thing, and that is the thing about that . and that's one thing i have always never said . and i'm saying it again now .
and it's because of teerrsom . teerrsom is bad , and that's the thing , like i said . ... right now . ..before this ...... thank you . ;-)
At least he did not use a teleprompter, and he did not have handlers who directed him to stick to the words of a teleprompter, as is the case with the current president.
The current one, when he leaves the teleprompter, opens his mouth and says what is on his mind about things like spreading the wealth around (robbing the working to pay off the nonworking) and cops acting stupidly (he is obviously a cop-hater) when he knows nothing about the case.
Although people are university educated it doesn't mean that they become great public speakers. Neither does a university give a person common sense. If you have ever stood up in front of an audience to make a speech you will know that its very difficult without some kind of prompting aids. Some people use notes, others use teleprompters and others need neither as they rehearse what the are going to say.
Another means of prompting a poor speaker is the use of a radio telephone with a earpiece, and it could be that President Bush was using one of these, because it could explain his long delay before answering when asked a question. So it could be possible that someone who actually new the answers were telling him what to say.
This question shows your own ignorance and bias against anyone who does not conform to your narrow way of thinking. I would downrate your question, but you would just troll me like the immature little liberal you are.
Not everyone could have the charisma, charm, and intelligence of The Great One. Here is a sample of his brilliance, taken at one of his stops in the 57 states he went to during the campaign. One of the 57 states, just one more to visit, Alaska and Hawaii. Now, how could anybody ever expect to live up to The Great One's superior intellect, The Great One who plans on being President for 10 years. Can't wait for his demonstration on how to walk up stairs properly. Nobody could function without The Great One to tell them what to do at every moment of their lives. Oh, Great One, please guide us, for us mere humans are too stupid to function without You, Great One.
Isn't it funny that libs still blame GWB for everything bad but won't admit every intel asset that got Bin Laden was GWB-created?
