You burn way more calories being overweight, and plus since your heart isnt used to the cardio, you shred weight extremely fast. Once you get down to a normal weight and youre in shape, you dont burn as much because your body is used to the exercise, and it wants to hold onto that last bit of fat. its extremely hard to lose those last 5-10 pounds.

they do and it is hardship on their social life as people
always call overweight people lazy and stupid and a lot
of names like PIG~~and girls mostly will ignore dating a guy who has a big gut~~and looks chubby
Losing weight is not that easy ~~it takes a lot more then
just will power~~it is generic and in the genes
Fat cells never die unless you use Liprosuction

Usually men lose weight with less effort than women. I don't know if that holds true for kids.
