  • Pedelite is for infants and can be found in the infant aisle of the grocery store. Adults take it as well. It gives back all the liquids you are throwing up. (Potassium, electrolites are the main 2) You can use Gaterade or Powerade as well. . The Soda Crackers are the Saltine Crackers. They are white square crackers.   • If you can't keep crackers(saltines) down, you may have a problem. If you can't keep water down, seek medical attention immediately. I almost died from dehydration a few years ago. It was suspected I had kidney problems, possibly liver, or a flu... Turns out I was just working too hard and not drinking enough fluids. They had to put me on a saline IV for 2 days.
