google isn't perfect and screwed up
your ISP is hosted in Michigan
you searched for something in michigan on google and it got picked up in your profile
google is trying to annoy you....

You're reading I live in suburban Chicago. Why do I see Michigan search results on Google searches? For example, I search "plumber" and I see plumber results for Detroit. Does my ISP have a leak?
