Help answer this question below.
The answer isn't the same for all things. It's generally better to buy your home unless you are temporarily situated. It just makes sense to build equity in real estate if you are planning to own it long term. The debate can go on and on about cars. If you pressure wash every three years, rent a pressure washer. If you shampoo your carpet twice a year, buy a shampooer. If you need to store your furniture while new hardwood floors are being installed rent a pod. If you have furniture you need to store indefinitely buy a prefab storage shed.
When you buy a house you get all the advantages of the tax return but you're responsible for when things need repairing: Roof, Heat pumps, your sex blow up doll. You own the house when you're approaching retirement age
When you rent you don't get the advantage of the tax return but you're not responsible for said things. Rent is'nt that much lower than what the mortgage would be. When you're nearing retirement age you will need to invest in a tent.
I don't choose living in a tent.
Im not sure but I'd say rent. Buying is more like a waste of money. After you watch a couple times it gets boring and anyways a bunch new awesome movies come out later and eventually they will be boring after new awesome movies come out and they will be boring after new awesome movies come etc etc etc etc
I put in my 30day notice, my landlord sent me a notice to pay rent for those 30days, can I get evicted. Even if I moved out by the 30days
