You're reading Is a truck owner operater covered under the worker's comp law?
Comments
I own a truck, but all the trucking companies I work for says I need worker's comp to work for them. The thing is I heard worker's comp doesn't cover the owner just the employee. So I guess I'm asking, if I get hurt on my own truck will worker's comp cover me?
