Firstly you need to meet them and find out what their ethics are. What may be unethical to you may not be so for them. Avoid them the same way you would avoid anyone else. There is no special trick to it.
First, you learn to IDENTIFY THEM as such.

I try. They're everywhere.
if I catch them trying to manipulate me I act stupid but still dont give into their scam that or I say I will them walk off like its going to be tommorrow or something. other than that I like to get them caught with their hand in the cookie jar. unethical people can be great fun, becuase they are always major players and never get caught by just one of their victims at atime its always lots of folks. "feed him to the horde"
