The number of points you can up- or down-rate changes as you rise in levels. See the table at http://www.orangefrogproductions.com/ofp2m_faq_ab_pnts_lvls_rtgspwr.shtml for more. Most people give all the points they can, at whatever level they're at. NOTE: When you go up in levels enough to give the max, you can go back to your old questions, and uprate them to the max of your ability. Points and levels truly do nothing but show that you have become a well-known and respected member of AB, and that people think your answers and questions are good ones. Sorry... Points, levels and badges are the only real awards here, except for the potentially excellent camaraderie.
