drink lots of water. that helps as well as brush and floss....
Drink a glass of water and pop a mint. I've drawn away from people who had horrible smelling breath. Remember, if you have a bad taste in your mouth, you probably also had stinky breath. Carry mints always.
Lick your hand and smell it, if it smells your breath is bad. Some people will be put off by bad breath. If you think it is bad get a dental check-up and always floss as well as brush your teeth. It might be a sinus problem, so get your doctor's advice if you think you still have a problem after sorting out your dental hygiene. If it's to do with the food you eat maybe avoid garlic and heavily spiced food. Drink a lot of water too.
Drink lots of water, and brush your teeth well after every meal. If you are still worried, carry a tin of breath mints with you.
I occasionally worry about having bad breath, but I wouldn't stop talking to someone because of it. I've got my breath mints.
