you need legal counsel there are so many variables but whose name on the deed does not have all that much to do with it, it is more how long you have been together, was the home bought after marriage, do you have kids and so forth. good luck +5
A judge will decide that in court if you file for divorce and serve him with the papers. If you have kids together thats almost any guarantee you'll get the house.
Landlord has not paid $6000 judgement awarded 10 months ago. He has recently sold my equipment. What recourse can I take to get my money?
