    i snuck onto a western themed float with a buddie in high school. we were/are punk metalheads so the irony was self gratifying

    As children we would build our own floats and have our own parades in our neighborhood.

    We would knock on every door in the neighborhood and invite all of the neighbors to come out at the set time to watch.

    We would throw candy to our neighbors too.
