Illegals have been paying taxes for YEARS. Despite what many folks think, most illegals have been W-2'd employees until the FIA/PA forced employees to produce legit paperwork on all "foreign" employees. Yes, this is racial profiling, and guess what? It's legal now. I hope you don't have any tan loved ones. They can pull them over just for driving, too, to check for a valid DL.
The problem is getting an income tax return. Even if they qualified, they weren't able to recieve a return without it raising red flags with all concerned agencies. In a way, that partially makes up for the drain on the medicaid system. No one thinks about that.
Yes, they should pay taxes. Many illegals are now working for themselves as 10-99 employees. But they should also recieve the same tax benefits as everyone else. +5

If there are to many, they should go where there is more room , There is no room in England, we are getting crushed and why should we open our beautiful countryside. not many jobs for us.
They should pay tax if they want to use our services, learning the language would help them so they wouldn't feel so isolated but Only if there was room and if they Have good reason to come here. And not to be exploited by this Government and employers.

Yes, they should pay taxes! They shouldn't be "illegal" in the first place! before getting a job? They should be able to read, write, and speak english before they even think about crossing the border! It's become almost a requirment in Arizona to speak spanish in order to get a job cause half or maybe even most the people there don't speak english!
