My doctor recommends one baby aspirin per day for good heart health. I told her I usually take aspirin every day for a headache or body pain, and she said that is sufficient to meet the heart requirement.
No, Keithold, I don't think there's any reason for a healthy person to take daily doses of aspirin.

my cardiologist said unless you have stomach condition or on certain meds, an aspirin a day could really help with circulation, cut down on pad and cad. i have to take one a day now but you know why. +5
It depends on age I think and risk factors for cardiovascular problems. I take an aspirin a day and have for a few years.
