No, only in terms of vegetables. At work, they get extra benefits actually.
In some cases yes, but part of the reason is that women don't ask for more. I am saying this as a woman who has learned this the hard way and I've seen enough other women do this.
Not if you factor out the times they have to miss work for their children (either maternity leave or caring for them when they are sick or have issues)
