    It's a medication with 10 mg of hydrocodone, a powerful pain reliever similar in effect to morphine. Unless your child was prescribed the medication for pain relief, he, or she, is getting high. A word to the wise, hydrocodone is very addictive. If used regularly, your child will find himself strung out pretty quickly. When partying, young people often mix medications or drink with their pills. This can be extremely dangerous, much more so than just taking 1 or 2 of the pills you found.
