without doubt, if a big enough object / asteroid hit it.............. however if it goes out of orbit, then surely we will follow, for the moon controls a lot of earth movement,seasons, etc.
It would take an event of cosmic proportions nothing "Man" can accomplish at this stage of development.
Yes...if something hit it and knocked it off its rocker..
then we would all be screwed cuz the worlds gravitation would be messed up and we would end up dying.

If something large enough hit it, yes. It would probably be destroyed in the process.
Yes, and it could be moved without "hitting it" through the "tides" of gravity.
Most likely it would screw up the earth's orbit too.
yes but it could be alot more subtle than knocked if something with stronger gravity enters our space it could be gradual enough to be missed for some time
