I don't want the horse hoof polish in my mouth.I know my dental hygiene better than others and maintain it well.My set of 32 can crush stones.

I havnt had them cleaned since 16....
My teeth are perfect though, no cavities...and they are white.
A good thing for whitening teeth is strawberries...
and I clean my own teeth from time to time.

Our dental insurance pays for twice yearly cleanings and that's what we do. Our dentist says that is very adequate.
