    Only when the shooter is Israeli and the protestor is Palestinian. Undoubtedly, it was something he did, he was probably anti-semitic and forgot about the holocaust. Surely, an offense like that deserves the death penalty, followed by an inmediate incursion to Israel to have his organs harvested & sold in New Jersey for $160,000

    That would depend on who's doing the shooting and whose hands are tied. If an American or an Israeli are pulling the trigger, then, any time is good. If someone else is doing it, then, it's never good. It's all in the eye of the beholder (of the gun) you see
