Honestly, I dont know exactly what Graeme Edge meant when he wrote Late Lament. However the song Nights In White Satin together with Late Lament seem to illude at love lost, chances not taken, time passing in front of us, with day fading into night, and the world turns, like we're standing still on a merry-go-round.
Then again, it's just a stabbing guess....
