0 chances. What your husband did is pretty bad and unforgivable! I would be pissed if I was his co-worker he would have law suites stacked up against him. Plus hot grease hurts! That would be worse than the McDonalds and hot coffee law suit. Count your blessings!
Don't waste your paper.
none, would you want someone to not get any time for dumping hot Grease on you
I know you love him, I know he means the world to you. Im sure hes a good man, and has done many good deeds in life. I hope you listed his goodness, and his kindness to people. A.S probably will not pardon him though, because it was deliberate. What did this coworker do to deserve what he got? Do you have an attorney to argue in his defense? Also, good news, he might be let out for good behavior, AND even earlier if hes never had an offense on his record. So if hes not a repeat offender of various incidents he will probably get a lesser sentence and be let out on parole with a fine and fees to pay of course, but your plea will affect the decision making, just dont stop trying, you will succeed. But I still want to know what the employee did.

You're reading My 46 year old chef husband (47 in October) was sentenced to 3 years in state prison for pouring hot grease over a coworker, causing noticible burns. I wrote a letter to Gov. Swarchenegger for a pardon. What are the chances of him pardoning?
