Won't work. You need vitamins (C, B6, B12). Lots of water will help, but only the day before and day of the test. Drinking a lot of water prior to that will dilute your urine for a short time, but by the time you take the test your body will have adjusted to the extra fluid intake. Be absolutely sure that you relieve yourself several times that day before the test, since the first and last pees of the day are always the dirtiest.
Frankly, if you have been doing a lot of drugs up till now, you will probably fail regardless. This usually only works if you have used once or twice in the past month or so (for pot, specifically).
Ultimately, you will need a whizzinator device to ensure that you pass (google it).

the whizzinator works great but my urine sample is analyzed at a lab and they can spot synthetic urine or else id definately use it.

Hmmmm.... I'm not sure on all the specifics since there are so many myths on the subject that you need to sort through to get to the meat of it.
Go to www.erowid.org and search for it there. I guarantee they, if anyone, will have their facts straight.
