How do you turn off the FM tuner on a Sankdisk 8gig MP3 player and can you also stop tracks? I can pause tracks, but the FM tuner, unless I play something else, won't turn off after I start playing it?

I'm not familiar with your MP3 player but try pressing and holding the stop button for about 3 seconds.
