What qualifies as 'overly sexy'?
.
Should a woman who dresses 'under sexy' have the right to complain when the only guys they attract just want to be physical (not emotional) with them?
Plain and dowdy girls get the treatment too. I think the thing to remember is that guys will do just about anything for sex. If you respect yourself and refuse to be treated as a whore, then if he likes you, he will wait until you are ready.
Sure, they have a right to dress how they like and believe it will have no effect on the people (boys) they talk to.
They then have a right to complain.
Does it make sense? No, but since when did girls ever make sense?
Corollary: If a man is talking, and there is no woman to correct him, is he still wrong?
Absolutely. Everyone has the right to complain.
Of course! Just because they want to look good doesn't mean they don't have a right to hope for an emotional/intellectual connection with someone. The best boyfriend wants you for your body AND mind, not just one of those two.
Sure. "Overly sexy" is in the eye of the beholder. Maybe the girl is only dressing in a way that's comfortable to her, with no thought about the reaction she might get. She isn't to blame just because some guy can't keep his mind out of the gutter.
I'm very old-fashioned. I believe if you want to be treated like a lady you dress like a lady and not like a "hot babe"! Just my opinion of course. :)
I think yes, people choose to look good for themselves not so they can be mauled by strangers or treated as an object. If they behave overly provocatively then perhaps they should expect that type of reaction. But that doesn't give anyone the excuse to treat them like crap, or abuse them.
It might be a cause for miscommunication right from the beginning.
It does depend how you betray yourself while you are out and looking ''sexy'' .
It I think you've forgotten about all the ''plain girls'' that guys use and abuse for 1 night stands .. it doesnt matter how u dress. it's a good thing to dress like it's a friday night every day of the week. I have always done that. It shows that your have good fashion, like to take care of yourself. not that your fake or anything lilke that.. You be the way you want, if they dont like it, thats there loss. Do not change yourself for anyone !
Have you noticed that today's girls' run-of-the-mill fashions used to be the fashions of only the most promiscuous girls a decade ago?
