Simmons is a cool guy whohelps really fat people. he does a great job from what ive heard
Sir Richard Simmons is a legend and a pioneer; hot pants never looked more disturbing, but he made weight loss fun for a great number of folks. :)
oh yeah gotta love Rich and the vid man, those songs really wanna make ya jig
He's made peace with who he is and made a shitload of money in the process. His style may be strange, but I still gotta think it's cool he managed to get rich by actually helping people as opposed to screwing them over.
I think his programs are good for the audience he's trying to attract and I think he has a good heart and really cares about helping people.
I think sweatin' to any oldies is good. Richard Simmons, however, is a freak.
the guy is strange and he has vitality. he has a following and he is making bucks sharing what he knows. I havent seen the dvd. and probably wont. I watch the morning exercise shows on television for my exercise routines.
