You may wouldn't belive what I'm gonna say but in my comunity, gasoline it's free and you only have to pay for the service and if you want to keep it, you pay for the container... I'm from Venezuela, and Gasoline is extremely cheap, well, it's free; you have to pay almost 1$ for full tank, just to pay mantenimance of the station and transporting service; I mean, you're not paying gasoline, it's just the service.
So if you want a gallon of gasoline, go with a container to an station and you'll pay less than 1$; I guess it would be almost 0,3 $.
Sadly what we don't pay in gasoline we have to pay in medicines, other services, home; and lots and lots of imported things that at the end we're losing.

If you use a Hess credit card you get a 3% discount, which nets to $3.57 a gallon.
I bought 16.52 gallons for $60.79, which nets to $58.97.

In the UK, 1 liter of petrol costs £1.36.
1 Gallon = 3.785 Liters, so £1.36 x 3.785 = £5.15.

And then 1 Gallon is equivalent to 3.78541 Litres
So in new zealand dollars 1 gallon would cost about $6.40 and that converted into American dollars would be $3.99

On July 21st of 2008 at 12AM. The lowest cost was $3.79.9 a gallon over here. And the highest around here was $4.39.9. This was within a fifty mile area. Anyone want to fill up my four tanks? If so I'll leave the keys in the trucks for ya!!!! Just let me know when.....LOL
