    Yes, actually.

Unless the person who answers after me can expand on my original answer, or has a more factually correct answer than what I provided, I see it as pointless if someone, as you said, basically repeats my answer.

On the other side of the coin, I would see no point in "re-answering" a question if someone had already written what I wanted to say, or provided a factual (and correct) answer. I'll just rate them up and/or leave a comment.

No it doesn't. Sometimes when I am answering a question it appears I am the only one answering it, but when I submit, others were answering at the same time.

Even if the answer is a duplicate posted later, some people may not read the other answers. So based on the fact that I don't know what the circumstances were, there's no basis to be annoyed.

No... I usually have enough - support of the fact, or a joke) added to mine that it doesn't happen that often.

It actually bothers me more when I find a question I want to answer a certain way, and someone already has! LOL ... Do I add mine to the mix? If I can prove it or make a joke. Sometimes I will comment and uprate the right/same as mine answer.

Not at all. It's a confermation. I often look to see how many times an answer to one of my Q's comes up in order to get a feel for accuracy.

Not really. There are more things in life for me to get annoyed at than someone repeating an answer I've already given.

I would probably just give them the benefit of the doubt and assume he ahsn't read all the answers and thus doesn't realize he's repeating.

No it does not bother me at all because if the answer is correct obviously anyone else that submits a correct answer it is going to be pretty much the same.

Not so much, because it just reinforces my answer. What hate is the accidental duplicate answer that results when two people have both typed in the same answer at the same time.
