I would give a good healthy percentage to the cancer fund...although, I would still like to keep enough to have my family set for life. say....10-20% perhaps to the research.

0%! This may sound callous of me, but I have my own shit to worry about first! Taking care of my family, friends and loved ones first! Making sure I have a substantual nest egg for me and mine would come next, followed by investing in my kids futures! I would only donate to help balance the taxes!

I would donate nothing for several years. I would want to make sure that I knew exactly how much money I had, what I still had coming and how much I would have to pay in taxes. Then, once everything was settled, I would have the time to research charities (or start my own) that do work that is important to me. I could not give you a number at this point. We will have to wait until I win. - Good question.

None, the fact is that the people asking you to donate will get more of your donation than the poor kids of africa or whatever you are donating to.

Depends on the charity. I need little I need not give to my family (Why? They ignore me unless it's their birthday) So, in one way, I get something, they (The charities) get something and my worthless family gets NOTHING!!

1%, if the jackpot is 100,000,000 or over, towards education in a third world country.
