yes hon but if that is what makes you happy. i have won white to a wedding but never after labor day. i am from the south though and that one fashion rule is never going to change with me. +5

only the bride should be wearing white, its pretty disrespectful to go against that.

Contact the bride and ask her how she feels about you wearing the dress you describe, and respect her wishes, because it is HER special day, not yours. +5

I don't believe in fashion rules. Wear what you want to, but only if you can live with the criticism you will probably get.
-
Ask the bride its her day. let her have it, its just one day.

Wear whatever you want. Those 'fashion rules' are stupid. Who makes 'em? Joan Rivers and some gay guy on the E! channel? As far as the bride having 'her day', that shit is so childish. Are women ever gonna grow out of the wedding fairytale? If getting married is not enough to make the bride happy and someone wearing a dress of the same color is going to ruin her day, then she's a bitch and her marriage isn't gonna work anyway.

I would ask the bride. It's her day and if she doesn't care, then great. Then make sure you add some color somehow to take away from being ALL white. You really don't want to show her up.
