What are some exceptional happenings/events that you've had on an Airplane during flying or at the airport that still living in your mind.

    Never put your overhead luggage in a bin a lot further ahead of your seat. Last year I did that. When everyone was deplaning, I watched this young woman take my heavy bag down. I started yelling "hey, that's my bag." She worked harder to get it down and started inching down the aisle with it. I shouted as loud as I could over and over "Stop! you're taking my bag. she has my bag!" and pushed my way forward. I made such a fuss that she finally dropped it and ran off the plane. Would you believe not one single person, not even a steward, came to my rescue? Everyone just looked at me like I'd grown an extra nose. It was very scary. So feel free to put your bag behind, but don't put anything you value ahead of you on a plane. I'm an attractive person and she probably thought I had lots of nice stuff worth stealing. Would she have been disappointed with zero jewelry, junky clothes (hangin' with Mom and Dad for the week) and tons of magazines and crossword puzzles :-). Do you have something?
