I keep old books and magazines. I just never know when I'll need something in one of those.

I can't seem to throw away good boxes, especially shoe boxes. I usually keep them for a while, but then when I get tired of the clutter I will toss them. Then it will near some time where I will need a box for a gift or to put something in it, and I won't have any.
-
old clothes even when i haven't been wearing them for some years

Packets of Mustard/Ketchup/Hot Sauce/ Etc. left over from trips to fast food resturants. I used to have a whole plastic grocery bag of them sitting in the bottom of my fridge, I've since gotten rid of that, but I still save them.

-

Brown paper bags with handles, from Trader Joe's Grocery store. I've used them to carry things to the basement, to the car, to the upstairs rooms, they hold up amazingly! I've even bought some to work, and the staff uses them to take the mail to the mail box!

All of the above. I hate to throw anything away. One day I will. Moving from a very large house into this small one m means I had to put a lot of stuff in storage. If I continue my habit of saving everything I will become like a high stepping horse in Steptoes front room.

Paper, cuz my cat is a paper GEEK, he loves to fetch wadded up paper so I always keep it around for when he's feeling playful (which is often)

Those plastic grocery bags. No really, I have two drawers in my kitchen devoted to holding them. And they do end up being very useful later :).
