I need to buy a new baking pan for my neighbor, but i don't know what brand it is or what type its called. I think it's technically a "jelly roll pan" But its non stick and has a hollow chamber in the bottom. What kind of pan is this?

    It's actually called a jelly roll pan!! You can find a steel one at williams sonoma.
