    I believe this is incomplete. The exception to the rule that PROVES the rule, right? The exception to "There's always an exception to the rule" is that there is no exception to "There's always an exception to the rule". By saying this we have created an exception to "There's always an exception to the rule" and proved the rule. I believe it should say "There's always an exception to the rule, except this rule" because then you can really see how this exception proves the rule. I may have just confused the crap out of you, but it makes since to me. I'm only 19 and just your average kid so I may be totally wrong about this.
