Help answer this question below.
I would rather tell people what to do than actually do any real work myself.
In my profession and with my longevity, i do not want to be a police supervisor. i make more money then they do and i do have to change diapers like they do.
The headaches are many for police supervisors.
I would like to develop my skills for getting depth experience in my profession for the benefits of this organization.
This job in such a stable company offers a long-term career development and this is what I am looking for.
I see this company not only as a positive atmosphere workplace, but also this position is a good opportunity where my skills and qualifications can make a difference.
This challenging job will allow me to utilize my ABC skills.
Stuff like that?
Just tell them, "Because shit rolls downhill and the higher up the hill you are, the smaller the turd that lands in your inbox!" :D
I've seen how this company works, I understand its needs and the needs of the workers I would be assigned to. I believe I can serve both sides well, and bring up promising workers into places where they will be of greater value to the company. I have the knowledge and experience to achieve this, and believe I am the most qualified person available for the position.
Of course, it's important that the above statement is true...
Because I get a great deal of satisfaction from both the challenge and pleasure of pulling a great team of people together to create success.
Because I have been on the edge too long and really need something to push me over it so I can be more willing to get that gun and pull the trigger.
(Note: I WAS a supervisor and for 3 years suffered MAJOR depression and the day I was "Laid 0Off" I went out dancing. I never knew just how nasty it can be for some)
NOw in reality: "I feel I have the talent to bring out the best in the workers who know they are expected to do a good job, but by my encouragement, they would put forth better effort as I'll willingly work with them in all phases"
I don't. I want to be a CEO, and the president of my own company.
