And what would happen if you met her and she was hot? Would you trust him less? Probably. Trust is either there or it isn't. There is no way you can "mostly" trust someone. My opinion is if you're concerned, 1) you don't trust him and 2) you're insecure about something. You need to nail down the actual source of your insecurity and mis-trust before you can address. Just my opinion based on the information you provided in your question.

Well, it's hard to say because there definitely could be something there, but not necessarily. The fact that they dated when they were 12 probably doesn't mean much, that's very young and nobody is the same person at 20 that they were at 12.

It's very natural to be insecure and worry since they dated before. Just speak with him about it and let him know that you are insecure about it, but don't tell him you want him to stop talking with her because that's not cool, especially if it's strictly on a platonic level.

First question: Does he really talk to her a lot? As in how often before this was an apparent problem did they talk? Second, how many pictures is a lot? Is this also just insecurity? And how does he feel about the incident/s? Is he trying to deal with it and yo umay/may not see it? Is he trying to not get you involved out of respect for you/(and her? though she doesn't really deserve respect, I gotta hand it to your guy because thats a pretty big person imo.) Communication is key!
