    It's not a business transaction, it's a business decision. A transaction would be when something is bought, sold or exchanged.

    No, i would consider it more like a move in market strategic pricing advantage, more than a business transaction. Transaction to me means a exchange of goods for another agreed upon symbol ie: money, trade or barter.
