Not sure. Once I had a dream, seemed to be set in world war two, and I was apparently speaking German. I was an entirely different person in the dream, I didn't even think like myself in the dream. I had a mother and a father that I instantly recognise as my parents, though they looked entirely different to my actual parents. In this one dream I lived out a couple of days in the one night, all the way up until my death. I've never had a more vivid dream, nor a dream I've ever remembered in such detail before or after this one dream. But it might just be (and probably was) my overactive imagination :)
